Bio is very professional! I really like his process, from scheduling the appointment to follow up emails about the appointment. Very easy to pay for the service. He was very thorough in his inspection. And received the report very quickly! I highly recommend MI Howes detective.

Bill was able to get out to my soon to be property very quickly during the week of and the week after 4th of July. He ended up making two trips out to the property and went out of his way to be able to send me messages during that storm. His work ethic is truly above and beyond and I would love to recommend him to anyone and I would love to hire him if I need him again.

Bill Ulvund from MI House Detective did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection of all the main systems of a house that I am helping to sell. The software used gives clear breakdowns on all the separate systems: plumbing, electrical, roof, HVAC, and more. Afterwards, we had a phone call to discuss the inspection and he even offered some great suggestions on improvements as well as specific brand names and procedures. Left off the water and radon tests, but they also provide those services.
