Bill Ulvund from MI House Detective did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection of all the main systems of a house that I am helping to sell. The software used gives clear breakdowns on all the separate systems: plumbing, electrical, roof, HVAC, and more. Afterwards, we had a phone call to discuss the inspection and he even offered some great suggestions on improvements as well as specific brand names and procedures. Left off the water and radon tests, but they also provide those services.
