Bill is excellent at what he does! If you are looking for someone who has true attention to detail he is your guy!! His reporting skills are next to none starting with the comments all the way to the pictures taken. He is very good at explanations and had no problems answering questions!! Thank you Bill!

Bill was extremely thorough in both his attention to detail as well as his documentation of things we easily would have missed. From thermal imaging to plumbing and electrical, he knows his stuff. We felt Bill also gave an extremely unbiased inspection, not leaning one way or another, like telling us what we wanted to hear, nor did we feel that he was just there to check a couple boxes. We appreciate the straight forward and greatly detailed reports and breakdowns of our future home. Would highly recommend and won't be using anyone else in the future. Thank you so much Bill!
