Bill was extremely thorough in both his attention to detail as well as his documentation of things we easily would have missed. From thermal imaging to plumbing and electrical, he knows his stuff. We felt Bill also gave an extremely unbiased inspection, not leaning one way or another, like telling us what we wanted to hear, nor did we feel that he was just there to check a couple boxes.
